Coordination with support departments (e.g., procurement, warehouse) ensures material readiness. Each workshop finalizes the next day's work plan before the end of each shift, including details like product model, quantity, key quality points, special instructions, and work hours.

d. The Procurement Department must check the production board daily before the end of each shift. For materials required within the next three days, urgent actions are taken to ensure timely supply and avoid production delays.

e. We compile inspection guidelines for components, identifying key dimensions and technical specifications. Quality control measures are established. For any issues with critical components, we conduct root cause analysis, prepare 8D reports, track corrective actions until closure, and hold performance reviews with suppliers or operators in case of repeated issues.

f. Regular company-wide quality training is conducted, along with quality knowledge contests and skill competitions for key positions, enhancing frontline workers’ quality awareness to ensure products meet design specifications.

g. Warehouse layout is optimized for clear labeling and accessibility of all components. The Finance Department performs monthly random audits on inventory records, while warehouse staff conduct monthly stock checks on critical parts to prevent discrepancies between system data and physical inventory.
