Product Function

The connecting rod transmits power, stabilizes the brush attitude, adjusts leveling, limits travel, and absorbs impact for the side brush assembly. It directly determines whether the side brush wobbles, tilts, sweeps cleanly, and lasts longer.

The rod allows fine adjustment of the brush outreach distance, tilt angle, and ground contact pressure. It adapts to various sweeping conditions — dry dust, wet mud, coarse gravel, and edge cleaning.

During operation, it lowers and spreads the brushes synchronously; during transport or repositioning, it raises and folds them back. This ensures left and right brushes move in unison without sticking or jerking.
