Today, April 1st, 2026, marks the 13th anniversary of Jieermei.

Thirteen years ago today, in a quiet corner of Changsha, we planted a seed called "JEM." Back then, we had no spacious workshops, no automated production lines, and no R&D center. There were just two young founders with a single conviction: To build the best parts for sanitation vehicles.

Our Journey: A Timeline of Growth

Since our inception in 2013, JEM has evolved through a decade of steady progress:

• 2013: Our entrepreneurial journey began.
• 2017: Established the dedicated JEM factory.
• 2018: Founded our independent R&D Center.

• 2020: Became a certified Tier-1 supplier for major sanitation vehicle OEMs.
• 2024: Incubated our sub-brand, Yiwen-Power, specializing in intelligent motors and electronic controls.
• Today: We have formed a dual-brand manufacturing matrix driven by "JEM + Yiwen-Power."

Over these thirteen years, we have achieved significant technical milestones. We mastered the hydraulic models for single-stage pumps and developed modular integrated electric pumps from scratch, achieving a 32% energy saving. By implementing Lean Production and deploying automated welding and fluid product assembly lines, we secured the IATF 16949 certification.

Today, our suction nozzle modules, sweeping mechanism modules, and fluid system modules have achieved leading market shares, making us a core partner for the industry’s top-tier OEMs.

Our path wasn't always smooth. We have faced the anxiety of order gaps and the pressure of sleepless nights to meet delivery deadlines. But every challenge taught us one thing: There are no shortcuts in manufacturing. Only by ensuring every weld is solid, every screw is tight, and every promise is kept, can the road ahead widen.
