This assembly is a core structural component of the sweeping system for Zoomlion 5160/5163TXSE series sweeper-scrubber trucks, integrating three key components: sweeping disc connecting rod, upper beam support arm and main arm assembly. Its functions focus on "stable transmission, precise sweeping and structural durability", as detailed below:
1.Stable Power Transmission & Anti-Collision Protection: The sweeping disc connecting rod can efficiently transmit the vehicle's hydraulic/auxiliary engine power to the left and right sweeping discs, driving the sweeping discs to rotate at high speed to clean road dust and granular garbage. At the same time, it is adapted to the vehicle's anti-collision avoidance mechanism—when the sweeping discs touch obstacles such as guardrails and curbstones, the connecting rod can adjust the angle slightly to avoid deformation of the sweeping discs, ensuring continuous sweeping.
2.Precise Control of Sweeping Range: By fixing the relative position of the sweeping disc connecting rod and the main arm assembly, the upper beam support arm maintains the standard "central dual-disc sweeping" layout of the sweeping discs. This ensures the sweeping range of the sweeping discs coordinates with the vehicle's central suction nozzle, achieving a single-side sweeping width of no less than 2.9m and a double-side sweeping width of no less than 3.5m. It can also cooperate with the sweeping disc structure to clean the vertical and top surfaces of curbstones, covering the cleaning needs of roads and curbs.
3.Operational Stability Support: The main arm assembly bears the load of the overall structure, supporting the weight of the sweeping discs, connecting rods and upper beam support arms, and avoiding structural shaking caused by road bumps or high-speed rotation of the sweeping discs.
