   • Our Solution: We integrate a high-efficiency cyclone separator directly upstream of the blower inlet. It uses centrifugal force to separate and eject over 95% of heavy particulate matter directly into the dust bin, dramatically reducing the abrasive load on the blower.

2. Safety Filtration & Debris Guarding:

   • The Problem: Lightweight debris like plastic bags, leaves, or rags can bypass cyclones and entangle the impeller.

   • The Problem: Leaks in ducts, hoses, or connections allow air to be sucked in from the wrong places, reducing effective suction at the nozzle and forcing the blower to operate off its ideal curve.
